Codebreaking

In the puzzle below there is a secret message which needs to be decoded by hand. For this purpose we have the following clue: each letter in the message has been replaced with another letter from the alphabet. Below the message there are buttons showing the letters, and above each button is a number indicating how often that particular letter appears in the message. In order to decode the message, choose one of the buttons and then turn the dial on the right to select the letter you think it should be.
